Very friendly front desk staff always willing to help and sort any issues. I needed a boarding pass printed and help with my security safe and all dealt with in minutes. People of all faiths are welcome and we host a variety of guests including clergy and religious, persons visiting the sick, students, and travelers from the United States and abroad. Many of our guests come from foreign countries. The breakfast alone is worth $40 per day given NYC prices. It always had coffee, juice, cereal, oat meal, eggs, some form of meat, ham, sausage, cakes, breads, etc. The hotel appears very secure, it's in a decent area near Chelsea and Hells Kitchen. The staff provided a fan when we told them we were too hot with the building being heated by steam radiators.
